INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Bounty and Threads applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Geek online ventures pvt ltd.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

PLATFORM OVERVIEW

The Platform consists of:

A. Bounty (Influencer Platform)

A professional networking and marketplace platform for influencers where users:

  • Log in via Instagram (Meta OAuth)
  • Authorize profile data access
  • Generate automated press kits
  • Discover brand campaigns
  • Participate in ambassador programs
  • Track brand collaborations

B. Threads (Brand & Agency Platform)

A dashboard for brands, marketing teams, and agencies to:

  • Sync Meta social media accounts
  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns
  • Monitor campaign analytics
  • Manage influencer relationships
  • Track loyalty & affiliate performance

ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to bind a business (if using Threads)
  • Use authentic Instagram/Meta accounts
  • Comply with all applicable local laws

META LOGIN & DATA ACCESS

By logging in via Instagram:

You authorize the Platform to access permitted data under Meta's API scope including:

  • Public profile information
  • Username
  • Profile picture
  • Follower count
  • Engagement metrics (where permitted)
  • Media insights (if approved)

We do NOT:

  • Post on your behalf without permission
  • Access private messages
  • Access passwords
  • Circumvent Meta restrictions

All data usage complies with Meta Platform Terms.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree not to:

  • Misrepresent follower counts
  • Artificially inflate engagement
  • Use bots or fake accounts
  • Violate Meta community guidelines
  • Engage in fraudulent campaign practices

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Influencers retain ownership of their content.
  • Brands retain ownership of campaign assets.
  • Platform-generated press kits are licensed to users for professional use.
  • Platform branding and software remain property of Geek online ventures pvt ltd.

PAYMENT & MARKETPLACE TERMS

Where applicable:

  • The Platform may facilitate brand deals.
  • The Platform may charge service fees.
  • Payment timelines will be defined per campaign agreement.
  • We do not guarantee brand deals.

LOYALTY & AFFILIATE SYSTEM

The Platform may implement:

  • Performance tiers
  • Loyalty ranking systems
  • Affiliate commissions

Rewards are performance-based and subject to modification.

DISCLAIMERS

The Platform:

  • Does not guarantee revenue
  • Does not guarantee campaign selection
  • Does not guarantee follower growth
  • Is not affiliated with Meta beyond API integration

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Geek online ventures pvt ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Loss of revenue
  • Campaign disputes between brands and influencers
  • API downtime from Meta

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Fraud
  • Violation of Meta policies
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Legal requirements

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
